He’s rich because he owns it, his employees aren’t making much,
Hard working immigrants will take anything
True. But you’d be surprised how much roofers can get payed. Here in California, at the right company, good roofers can make $30+/hr easily! $35+/hr for foremans.
And honestly, if you pay and treat your employees good, they will more likely stay loyal to you and do good work. I hope he’s paying well.
I own a roofing company started it with $500 and this is my first year already have $700,000 in sales
How did you start with $500 In the roofing industry don’t you need a minimum of the cost of 10 roofs Before they give you license and insurance?
Trading is quite complex, it’s not that easy as many people think. A successful trader is the one who knows when and when not to invest
@R Oneal I’m pleased, just did and i have already dropped her a message. I hope she replies
I can’t possibly share her contact here. Just look her up on the internet “google” you will possibly get all the information you needed to know about her.
@R OnealHey Oneal, Where do she stay? Can you avail me her contact address?
@Rebecca Allyne AGATHA CHRISTINE ROBINSON is here for u. It’s my 5th year of investing with her and i have never lost a dine. She’s that good in the business. I’m sure you wont lose your investment again.
Not at all. I’ve seen adverts of brokers on blogs but I’m just not yet convinced. Haven’t seen a professional to confide with.
Last time I was this early, Graham still lived in LA.
I still do…until the house is done 😉
Love hearing stories like this! Needs to be more emphasis on trade skills in high school. A 4-year degree isn’t a one-size fits all for success.
@Ranting Ratite Completely agree. And some of these kids wouldn’t be going off to get a 4-year degree only to make minimum wage after while sitting on a mountain of debt.
@Mr. 8-Bit Doggo honestly no I do not see a point in a person putting themselves in such a degrading position as retail. All the retail stores do is take advantage of you and use you and no one should ever be put into that position
Same! The guy feels like an entrepreneur or member of the greatest generation. There’s many non-trade jobs people overlook. For example, work in retail for 3 months and show humility and great work ethic. You can’t fake that. There’s a good chance the manager will promote you or recommend you to someone. Character is a rare quality and likely always will be.
@Ranting Ratite Yeah, it sucks, but you have to try different jobs. Also, almost every job sucks.
Gotta love blue collar millionaires ?
Heck yeah!
@The Graham Stephan Show How about billionaire owning gas stations for a blue collar worker turning into a billionaire Graham? It is at CNBC prime. Can you react to it?
@Jonathan Rose Yeah pretty crazy
@The Icelandic Investor Starting your own company is a risky endeavor, but the yields can and will far out weigh the risk involved.
@Knotty True!
Yo!!!! I’m still wondering how graham responds with 3 different accounts. Did he like duplicate himself two times just to become more efficient
He created a CC and named it Jack
Graham and Jack are splitting the work load
That’s pretty impressive, goes to show what wonders having your own business can do
agreed!!
You’ve inspired me so much I don’t think I’ve had Starbucks or wasted my money since I started watching u almost a year ago!!
@Cookie Master good for you save and invest and youll have a good life
Aaron Sheyman espresso machines are like 30k. With the steamer and stuff
@Colin Luo maybe for a super machine for a large business! Not for an at home coffee machine, you’d be looking at a few hundred $$$ for a decent machine ? Definitely a good investment if you love barista coffee ☕️
Carlie Renae my point is you can’t make an espresso drink at home without the expensive machine. But you can make some basic like americano and stuff for sure
I’m 14 but graham made me see the value of money and how to save so that I don’t need a good job to be rich I just need to invest
I saw an ad by a channel called “smart money” that used graham’s face and I’m assuming that was the ad you were talking about on your Instagram the other day
“How much I spend on average in Paris ?” By Damon Dominique who totally assumes his coffee spending
0:28 “It’s called Blue Collar Millionaires, and basically what it is, they go and look at Blue Collar Millionaires”
hahaha
This guy isn’t just the roofer, but he is the OWNER of a construction company. This guy isn’t a blue collar guy, he is a blue/white collar guy. Blue collar you don’t become a millionaire without OWNING the company. I speak from experience, and I own my own company. This guy may think he is pure blue collar, but he isn’t pure blue collar. He has a mild white collar understanding which is required and he has some brains to get it done. GG and good on him. Hope he has more success even with lumber being as nuts as it is.
@Chad Haubrich theres nothing wrong with that either.
@gangstalishis sadly it isn’t. Plenty of skilled workers get complacent or are happy only making employee pay. No doubt there’s huge headaches running your own company vs working for one, so to some it isn’t worth it.
@gangstalishis it usually isn’t the masters of a trade craft that does that. It is usually the one guy like me who is young, knows enough to do a good job, and has the drive to start their own company that make it to millionaire or even billionaire status.
That guy probably was roofing for 2-3 years before he ventured out on his own to make his company.
Hell I had just graduated college and started my own company. I did some work-studies, and a 6 month apprenticeship at a machine tool company but didn’t have more than 18 months on the job experience before I started my own venture.
I thought it was common that once your reach mastery of your trades you just become an independent contractor and eventually build a team.
The series is more about millionaires who started blue collar to grow their business. This guy went from cleaning gutters as a teenager to doing roofs and growing his business without a college education.
I was literally going to start reacting to these videos cuz I saw that you weren’t, now I’m just going to like a copycat?
Do it anyway!
@GgDaixi I will ?
take a look around the webs for other productions similar to it. Thays what I’m going to do
Reminds me of the Dave Ramsey everyday millionaire theme hour videos. Love hearing these types of stories. Good for him! Great vid Graham, as always!
Glenn: I’m on top of the world
Graham: He’s on the top of a roof
????
Thanks guys for sharing this information here, I really needed a new source of income right now
When someone is straight forward and good at whatever they do, people will surely speak highly of them. i think that’s why John mason stands out, his good works didn’t go un-noticed
I’ll advise Everyone to invest in stuffs like penny stocks and Cryptos.. it can generate short term profits for you. This ain’t stopping anytime soon, just the beginning of the great recession
Scammer alert! Fake Bitcoin trading guru.. don’t be fooled by these scammers saying they profit investing in Bitcoin handled by their fake guru trader.
I totally agree with you, I mean not everyone can go through what Zoe Mundane went through and still survive it. Damn
YES Graham, thank you! I recommended this video to you in one of your recent videos. Not everyone can become a YouTube millionaire but almost anyone can become an “everyday millionaire” so blue collar millionaire videos are awesome!!
so glad you enjoyed! may do more like this in the future!
Me watching from Germany: The US have some weired roofs?
Graham this was just realesed about 1 hour ago Living On $39K A Year In Oklahoma | Millennial Money
Trades are such a great option, and should be suggested more in high schools
