Metal Roofing Nail Gun
Fasco has created a metal roofing nail gun they call RoofLoc. It shoots a hybrid screw/nail most commonly known as a scrail for installing metal roofing, and it does so like a nail gun! I have been constantly looking for a niche metal roofing gun that uses collated fasteners and can help my crew and I install roofing as fast and efficient as possible. Could this metal roofing nail gun be the answer?

Hey only the price of 3 Martinez speed squares. Not too shabby!! ?
Jajajaja muchas gracias muy amable.
in the speed test you should take into consideration the loading of the gun, that takes longer then taking a bunch of screws from the pouch. nice vid!
Ummm., No.
How about an episode with hearing protection, even though I don’t se you use it a lot ??
That is pretty nice idea, but any of those “painted” heads fall apart. If the crew likes the idea of using the gun to save their hands and back also 8X faster is pretty decent number it could be a good switch over.
I really like the feel one gets driving screws with a cordless gun. It has to be a very hard sprucwe knot that will prevent a conventional screw from penetrating properly.
It’s about SPEED. TIME=MONEY
It’s very hard to beat standard metal screws, driven with a cordless gun. I can’t imagine going back to a gun with a hose.
Hey, love the channel, would love to see a toolsday on the Milwaukee 16gauge Brad nailer.
Some of the large roofs I have seen you and your crew on….cannot see you dragging an air hose. Just saying.
Maybe back in the 90s ????
Absolutely
Nice tool – btw, was there any conclusion to the Hunting Cabin series? Final finishing shots?
I would love to know/talk about two things; can plunge cut saws practically almost replace table saws? A review on the DeWalt 54v plunge cut
Good afternoon from Auckland, New Zealand.
Having watched you make straight lines with a awl, can you hit those hole for nice straight lines?
What happens when you miss does it Drive the whole screw through the metal
Love your videos although it bugs me every time you say “nitch”. Normally hear it pronounced like “neesh”
Hey would you happen to have a code for Truewerk? I’m needing some new winter work gear
Very impressive how even across he nailed those screws in.
If you think this is a good tool that would work well, you’ve never used and air nailer!
It only took 5 minutes of blahs blahs to see it in action! Wow.
did you take into consideration ,your pre fasten, drill and set-up time for the panels ? factoring in that labor time.
99% of the roofs here in Hawaii are metal. I could see how this could come in handy but only after the price goes down a bit
