You guys make us professional roofers laugh you actually make the roof worse cause you dont put any masonry cream back on it to protect from the harsh winters I would not recommend using a non professional I’m not being a troll here you look like a good hard-working lad but for the customer they need a better warranty so your company charged the customer $2500 or something you made 1k for 2 days work I can re roof that job in 4 days at around 1k more for materials and still give the customer the 60 year guarantee . concrete or stone doesn’t last that long on north sides due to harsh winters the water protection comes out when you jet it and looks like a British redlands 49 tiles witch dont cost alot

@Colby Nichols Definitely 10 times cleaner than before. Dunno if I could pressure washed my roof as well because it’s dirty af ( the tile is 20 years old ! Never changed the roof on my house. The main frame is still using the 2 x 4 that came with the original house my grandma buy. I just keep it as it is 😀 )

I’ve been wondering regarding what people say about producing micro-indentations by pressure washing tile roofs, that might create micro-cracks then large cracks. Do you apply some sort of sealant afterwards?
